Topanga

NOT unhappy that I kept Topanga for a couple few more weeks. She’s turning out nicely for VM and I think Shadowfax and she will go well together! She and I have been working on posing together daily. Treats are required and she has a true doe side eye is they aren’t given in a timely manner. She’s not perfect but I think she’ll give up a good start. She had decent width in the chest and mass in the rear. Her HEC are a wreck, and so it her front limb, but that’s where Shadowfax should help. Her shoulder is much shorter than his and she should help him in that area!

While we are waiting on babies I pulled Samira out. Yes she’s in molt right now so just ignore those ugly orange patches. She’s a home grown chocolate girl and genuinely one of my favorite does. For no other reason but that I like her personality. Shes a little sassy and knows what she wants. But also loves a good head pet and a leafy snack. I will not lie, this is why I often times like does more. I enjoy the slight sass. It feels like a friend. You don’t always get along perfect with a friend. Yall might have different opinions on subjects. Might even have disagreements. But your friends in the end. I draw the line at biting though. Nobody gets to bite. But a little sass never killed anyone.

Shadowfax just keeps getting better and better! I’m very tempted to get a broken blue or lilac doe and have a nice non VM line!

Everytime I pull Tabitha out I’m happy. She’s kinda moody but a goth girls gotta have a vibe right? Her contrast of black, brown and white makes me think of a tri roan English cocker spaniel. (Which I’m a huge fan of). Anyway she’s home grown and I’m glad I kept her back. Note she’s only four months old. 😍

In the next few months I’m going to be excited to pair these two. I’d LOVE to create my own typey chocolate doe.
My chocolate vm doe Samira is leggy, and has a slipped crown plus those long ears at first glance. She has some nice parts however and I hope the pairing between her and Shadowfax will balance out nicely! Shadowfax is just 😍😍 such a gorgeous lilac buck! I’ve already paired him with Hurdy Gurdy so we’ll see in a month if he produces any vm lilacs with her!
