🐾 Hi, I’m Trixie 💕

I’m a 3-year-old girl, spayed and vaccinated, and I have the softest heart you could imagine. I’m very submissive, gentle, and sweet, and I love nothing more than giving affection and soaking up love.

I get along great with other dogs and even kitty cats 🐶🐱 I’m friendly, easygoing, and my tail is almost always wagging. If you’re searching for a gentle giant cuddle bug, I just might be your girl.

I was found wearing a pretty pink collar, hoping my family would come back for me… but no one ever did. 💔 Even so, I haven’t given up hope. I’m ready to leave that chapter behind and start a brand-new life with a family who will love me as big as I love them.

🎉🐾 Another Win for Our Pups! 🐾🎉

We are incredibly excited to share that two more of our dogs have been taken in by San Antonio Humane Society

Sibling pups Vivi and Samus are starting their new journey together and are now on the path to finding their forever homes after being abandoned at Windcrest Police Department 💙🐶

✨ This past week alone, a total of 7 dogs have moved out of Windcrest through adoptions and rescue partner transfers — an amazing accomplishment!

Abandoning a dog is not only cruel and sad, it is also illegal. Animal abandonment is a crime and citable offense.

Animals aren’t objects you can throw away. They feel fear, sadness, anxiety, and confusion. Pets who have lost their families can become scared of humans or untrusting. Senior animals shut down faster, and anxious animals live in constant stress.

They rely on us for love, care, and safety. If you can’t commit, don’t adopt. Their hearts are loyal…ours should be too. ❤️

Hi, I'm Marvin, a 1-year-old neutered Labrador Retriever mix, microchipped and ready to find my forever home. Even better news..I have no adoption fee!

I'm a big, goofy, lovable goofball who loves to play, run, and make everyone laugh. I'm always ready for fun.
I adore pets, kisses, and attention. I'm happiest when I'm snuggled up with my humans or playing with other fur friends, I even get along with cats!

A huge thank you to San Antonio Humane Society for stepping in and accepting not just one, but FOUR of our animals! 🐾💙

Rocky (Red Heeler), Morticia (Husky mix), Gomez (Shepherd mix), and Pixie (Terrier mix) now have a much better chance at adoption thanks to their compassion and care.

Rocky has been with us since he was just a puppy, and we wish him the best life imaginable. Morticia and Gomez came to us together and were able to leave together on a new journey. Pixie was thrown from a vehicle, rescued by officers, and brought to safety.

These pups have been through so much, but thanks to San Antonio Humane Society, they now have hope for the genuine love and support they deserve. We are incredibly grateful. 🐶❤️

This gentle girl was found running at large on the 5500 Blk of Crosswind Dr. She is microchipped but we were not able to get ahold on the owners. If you have any information to get this pup back home, please reach out or if you are the owner of this canine, please call Windcrest Animal Control.

As we ring in the New Year, please remember our pets. Fireworks can be terrifying for animals, causing many to panic, bolt, or become lost. Even pets who have never tried to escape before may run when frightened by loud noises. Make sure your pets are safely secured indoors, wearing collars with current ID, and microchipped if possible. Taking a few extra precautions can help keep them safe and home where they belong. Let’s start the New Year protecting the ones who depend on us. 🎆🐾

There is a Brindle/White Boxer missing! The owner has been searching for his dog since Friday. The canine’s name is Rocki. If you see this dog or are able to safely secure him in your home or gate please contact Windcrest Animal Control who will then assist in returning the animal to his family.
