Bella and Chips are pretty much famous at this point. MANY MANY Areas have been checked on foot and w AhnAir Drone Services. The area is soo vast with gamelands, private property and tons of water, making survival very easy for any animals in the area. At this point i would imagine very wild at this point/Please do Not Call or Chase them- they will likely run. They will likely be seen in tree lines or at a distance, (or someone would have caught them by now. ) So for their safety and not pushed further away- Please just call or text sightings to the owner- Do NOT post them on Facebook. Please, do NOT Trespass in the areas looking- It could hinder any trapping or Recovery efforts of these two.

WELCOME HOME BAILEY 8/7/26!
Bushkill Twp, Nazareth, PA.
8/2/26 She got scared by something and gone from yard area. She’s been great for a year w staying close to home and being a family member after being rescued by them, Pretty much a velcro dog. So this time around, she went right back into wild/survival mode and clearly did not recognize mom or dad and hiding in woods and fields, not far from home. Ted of Lehigh Valley Pet Search came out and she did make an appearance almost to be hit by a car- We believed she was completely missed , but.. she did yelp and keep running. She could not be found that day at all. Then sighting here and there, and Trap out and moved to another area nearby. This all leads up to another scary part; a sighting w a pic and the terms “lethargic” and “whimpering” !! As someone who works with animals - Those words are NOT want we want to hear, esp w a minute possibility she could have had the slightest bump from a car. Sooo 10pm in the dark out we go into the woods… then the police show up ( not realizing why we were there) in any case She was NOT found that night, but we appreciated the Bushkill Township Police Department coming out and trying to help w their resources. No Bailey…. Then a sighting of her running and playing w deer ( to me- quite the relief for all of us)
Back to normal trapping/Recovery situation was on.. The family has close friends that visit with another dog, that Bailey LOVES!! So, I suggested please bring this pup out on a leisurely walk, bring an extra slip lead and treats and just happy barks and kind of ignore her… Well out came Bailey, ( Mom never even saw her come out ) right up to her buddy ( Addie) and Mom… Now, we can certainly say Mom and Dad are pros at this trapping of a wild survival mode pup.

*** AXEL’s REUNION VIDEO 8/2/26 abt Noonish ***
Whitehall, PA area
So Axel decided to go into wild/survival mode while Dad in Vacay. Now A el was a stray in 2023 that under police knowledge was trapped and then fostered by Grayson ( Dad). No one came looking. Axel has been a Velcro Dog to Grayson ever since. So in this even a storm came through, Door got pushed open at sitters and Off he went . Grayson came home and immediately out looking and called me. W/ help of one of our Rockstar Volunteers ( Tom) he was able to hook up w Grayson and get everything set up in the community he ended up staying in. He ended up in a great neighborhood. Everyone was fabulous, ignored him like we asked and Grayson was given tips on what to do if he say him. Get low to ground, and be calm, no direct eye contact.. Well this opportunity came up at least 2 times and Axel showed no recognition to his favorite person, Dad! Today Grayson and Nikki driving through saw him! opportunity to do a hand catch occurred again! Grayson tossed his favorite ball, Axel started to run away.. Nikki on other side of house called him and he came.. Tail wagging- Broken out of Wild/Survival Mode ( sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn’t - every dog is diff) . So about Noon he was on his Ride home tail wagging acting like “Well, Where the 🤬 have you guys been!!” So here it is!! , His reunion ride home! Vet visit for a check up and likely de-wormer ( as they eat all kinds of fun stuff while out). Fully enclosed area at home and yard ; GPS collar was discussed, along w after home info to verify he’s not going to bolt again.. I think if Grayson and Nikki around- He’s going nowhere!

Axel Walkabout is OVER!!! He is on his ride home w/ Mom and Dad. HUGE THANK YOU TO THE WHOLE NEIGHBORHOOD !! Everyone was wonderful and very welcoming. Tom got out right away and worked w owner on set up and this couldn’t have happened w/out his availability! Much Love - Tom & Kjell/ KaosCritters and Axels Family! Reunion video to come !

This is one of our alumni from years ago, who ended up being adopted by the foster, as he was then a stray ( w police oversight) This is the first time he’s gotten loose, dad was on vacay. Dad came home and is trying to find him. This isn’t where he lives and is likely scared and hiding. Please check cameras and keep an eye out. .
