countless hours
- ingredient sourcing
- researching
- conversing with our team

And sampling batch after batch with our most important critics - our own rabbit crew here at Lop & Luxe Rabbitry and dozens of other rabbitries and rabbit owners...

Meadow Mix is finally ready for production. 🌿

Every batch to this point has been an opportunity to observe preferences, ease of digestion, feeding behavior, excitement, aroma response, and the kind of enrichment experience we wanted this blend to create.

We didn’t want to make “just another forage topper.”
We wanted something that felt safe, intentional, trusted, and genuinely loved by the rabbits receiving it.

Every ingredient was selected with purpose.
Every design detail was considered.
Every decision came back to one question:

“Would we feel completely confident feeding this forage to our own rabbits?”

The answer had to be yes — every single time.

And now that we've fulfilled that… It’s finally becoming real.

Our very first production run of Meadow Mix is approaching, and we cannot wait to share it with you.

We love a Lop & Luxe family update! One of our very own Smedley Butler - now Miso - is living his best life.

He is now a bonded pair with his buddy bunny, Tofu.

They were searching for a companion for Tofu, and it seems they found the perfect match in Miso.

Annie Graham is settling in so well in her new home.

Her and her neighbor Henry are getting along very well! She is providing him some neighborly companionship while he heals from surgery.

One day, they'll hopefully be a completely bonded pair roaming their new home together.

Annie has the sweetest little family and we are so happy for her ❤️

We love receiving bunny updates from our Lop & Luxe families. It truly means the world to us to see our bunnies thriving in their new homes.

Tomorrow is a big day for Lop & Luxe.

It marks the last rabbit leaving our care - for a while.

Annie will be hopping off to her new home, and for the first time in a long time, we will no longer have rabbits or litters available.

This was not a decision we made lightly.

Caring for these rabbits and connecting with the Lop & Luxe families who welcomed them into their homes have meant so much to us.

That part of Lop & Luxe will always be deeply special and will continue again some day. But in this season, we feel called to focus fully on Lop & Luxe Botanicals and the upcoming launch of Meadow Mix.

Our rabbit crew will still call this place home, but instead of raising rabbits, they will be living a life of luxury trying all our favorite products. Because if we wouldn't use it in our own program, we won't offer it - period.

Over the coming weeks, you’ll start to see this transition unfold. We’ll be sharing more of our journey, teasing our new website and packaging, and announcing our official launch date soon.

We are incredibly excited for what’s ahead. It has been such a joy to review your packaging submissions, hear your feedback, and build this new chapter with the rabbit community at the heart of it all.

To everyone who has supported us, encouraged us, submitted photos, tried samples, and cheered us on along the way: thank you. We see you, we appreciate you, and we are deeply grateful for the role you’ve played in bringing this vision to life. ❤️

While this chapter is closing for the time being, another one is just beginning — and we cannot wait to continue serving you and your bunnies in a new way for years to come.
