Willsboro Community-Feral Cat Committee Our mission is to 🛑 the breeding of community cats through Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return (TNVR) in Willsboro/Reber/Essex!

They are humanely trapped, evaluated, vaccinated and sterilized, then returned to the same location!
