Lots of work has been done to plant rows of flowers for spring 2025. Nothing motivates me more then knowing that those little plants will turn into a true jungle next spring and I would be able to share their beautiful with all of you . Flowers that are in the ground now are cold hardy annuals. They enjoy cold weather , grow strong throughout the winter and bloom in the summer . So far I have planted : Canterbury Bells , Lisiantus , Dalphenium , Forgetmenots , Snapdragons, Saponaria , Larkspur, Bulpernum , Nigela , Feverfew and Corn Cuckle. Additionally, I am trying this year to collect some of my own seeds and don’t need to buy everything that I like to grow . And in between all the chores , I have enjoyed to make simple dry flower arrangements. Remember, fall is a great time to garden but we do need rain ☔️ Jola

I am just here to say thank you to my customers for buying all my flowers . You guys make it all worth the effort and hard work it takes . Summer is the hardest season to garden with the heat and humidity , even the most avid gardener struggles to keep up with all the demands and tasks in this unpleasant conditions. The only thing that gets me going outside these days are truly my customers and love of flowers I can share with you .

Morning harvest from 1st backyard. Today , I am thankful for rain , for my family, my canine friend and my community that supports my small business. There are frequent many challenges in any farming . The biggest challenge for me this year have been groundhogs and voles that destroyed significant portion of what was planted . However, I always remind myself, that those things are just a part of what I do and those challenges are normal but just different from year to year. So even sometime I don’t get the results I was hoping for , I am motivated to learn more and to do more of what I enjoy to share joy of flowers with people around me flowers
