We boarded our cat Bella for a week and she did great. We were nervous since it was the first time she had ever been boarded but we were put at ease with the friendly staff and the camera in her room so we could see her. We received nightly updates, with photos, about her day and she seemed very relaxed. We will definitely board Bella there again. Itโ€™s refreshing to have a cat-only boarding location near us.

We went to Destin for a family trip and we were so worried to leave our kitten, but this place is amazing!!!! The second we walked in we were greeted so kindly by Melissa. Melissa is so sweet and you can tell she genuinely loves animals. She showed us our cats lodge and it was Purrfect! Not only did she have her own space she had a window with a bird feeder and cat TV!!! We had 24/7 camera access to her room which made it so much easier for us to be away. She had her VIP purrday and she ran the place! She is full of energy and this facility let her be her true self. I can't begin to explain how amazing this place is and Janie is phenomenal ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป I love this place and Morgana Rae will be back for sure! I've already told my friends and family, some of them even said, "I would stay there". Thank you Cat Tails Lounge for allowing me to rest on vacation knowing my baby was so loved.

My cat, Kazzi spent a week at Cattails Lodge and I think he didnโ€™t want to come home! He had such a great time. Itโ€™s so great to have a place especially for cats and the staff is absolutely amazing, caring and so knowledgeable. They gave me a tour and helped me pick the perfect room for Kazzi! Kazzi is a stunning one-year-old F5 Savannah cat โ€” a breed descended from the wild African Serval of Africa, known for their striking spotted coats, impossibly long legs, and an intelligence that makes the rest of us feel decidedly average. The "F5" simply means Kazzi is five generations removed from his wild ancestors โ€” which explains EVERYTHING about the way he carries himself.

Upon arrival, His Highness conducted a full royal inspection of his Meowntain Retreat Suite. Every corner. Every surface. Every inch examined and approved. The support staff stood respectfully to the side and waited to be dismissed. ๐Ÿ˜‚

Today the inspection has expanded to our enrichment area. No territory goes unclaimed. No nook goes unexplored. This is not curiosity โ€” this is a sovereign conducting official royal business.

At just one year old, Kazzi is only beginning his reign โ€” and we are deeply honored to serve him.

I had no clue as I was feeding a feral cat colony at Clayton and Strecker during Thanksgiving of 2024 that things were going to change.
