We are so lucky to have Cattails Lodge in our community! Our 2 cats have stayed there twice. You can choose which size and type of suite for them to stay in. They provide bowls and a water fountain bowl. We pack our own food. The owners privide an app and detailed updates once a day on your cat's stay. The app shows a live feed of your kitties hanging out in the suite. Cattails Lodge has great customer service and they really love their feline customers! The cherry on top is that the Lodge is extremely nice and clean. They have curated an amazing space for the cats to stay! Highly recommend it! 😺

My cat Miles stayed for an overnight visit at Cattails Lodge. He is 14 and never has been boarded. He did great. They kept his feeding schedule just like home, checked on him frequently, let him out to explore, and sent updates. I will definitely use again.

Beyond excellent!I can't express how grateful I am for the Cattails Lodge team.I have a high-maintenance, always-on-the-go boy, and I was worried about how he would do during his stay. Juliana and the staff went above and beyond to make sure his needs were met, providing intentional enrichment and personalized attention every step of the way.My other boy is a bona fide "scaredy cat," and the staff took the time to make him feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. They communicated any questions or concerns promptly, and the live video stream, along with the daily photos and updates, gave me complete peace of mind while I was away.Those updates reassured me that I had made the right decision. Our cat stayed here for a week, and it was great to get daily updates - Janie, Nolan, and the rest of the team love cats. When we picked him up, he was happy, healthy, and clearly comfortable. We will definitely return.
