The Studio at Perks Ranch has all new Millguard double pane easy open/close windows installed! Cleaned and refreshed, ready to go with off season rental rates. Kitchen with coffee pot, microwave, toaster oven, mini fridge, double electric burner set, counter top oven that bakes, broils and is an air fryer. Also included is an outdoor patio area with charcoal and gas grills. You’ll enjoy a queen sized bed, TV, desk/vanity, dresser, large closet and a seating area with a sleeper sofa and a recliner. Updated bath with new shower and toilet plus a utility tub for dishwashing. Use of the pool and hot tub are included along with utilities and great WiFi. Full sized fridge and laundry facility next door in garage. Private, quiet, lots of walking paths and outdoor seating areas. Great for 1-2 people, no cats, dogs on a case by case basis. Minimum one month rental, prefer long term guest, available through November. Please PM me for rates.

As my guests began pulling out and heading home for the season, the hugs and goodbyes felt a little sad!
We have mostly the same folks back year after year and not only are they friends, many feel like family.
This past week after Roger and Perry left it has taken me a minute to get used to the empty spaces and missing all your friendly faces!
Thank you for staying with us and bringing that extra warmth and fun to my ranch life while you were here.

Would your horses enjoy some turn out time?
We have a pasture coming available in April. Private to your horses only, continuous water on a float, top rail fencing with no climb, shade structure in each pasture.
Self care-you will need to supply hay. Temporary full care can be arranged for vacations, layovers, rehabs and the like. Huge pastures which can easily hold 6-8 horses.
Well appointed facility with two arenas, round pen, hot/cold wash rack, trails off the property. Close to downtown Wickenburg AZ -just off Route 93.

The Little House is available! Beautifully appointed casita with queen bed, sleeper sofa, full kitchen, bath addition with large closet, washer/dryer. French doors open onto the deck with beautiful views, dining area, propane fire pit, gas grill and a seating area.
Very private, peaceful and full of charm. Guests also have pool and hot tub privileges!
We have a great equestrian facility if you’re bringing horses-self care priced separately.
Minimum one week stay, longer stays are welcome. Discounted rates are available as we move into the off season.

We just had two pens redone for water remediation and new footing. With all the rain we’ve had already this year, I’m happy to say we’ve stayed pretty dry for the pens. This is another adjustment to direct water over to the outflow channel I had dug and into the wash. 🤞

Good job all who cancelled events over Thanksgiving to assist in stopping the spread of EHV-1. Effective 1.5.26, AZ 30 day health certificates will again be authorized for entry into AZ.
To our guests still coming in, be sure to check requirements for the states you’ll be passing through on your way to AZ.

No new cases amongst our clientele
No evidence that EHV spread at recent events
