He’s easy to catch, loads well, is good with his feet, and has been easy to have around. With a good start and a willing disposition, he’s ready for someone to continue putting time and miles into him.

Handsome, versatile, and ready to go in just about any direction—Monkey sells August 14–16 in our Summer Sizzler Online Riding Horse Sale! ☀️🔥

Monkey has primarily been used as a ranch and trail horse, has been hauled extensively, and also has about two months of reining training at Anderson Reining Stables. He’s been ridden ba****ck and in just a halter, and has proven himself to be a steady, level-headed partner for his family.

In the arena, he’s developing a soft feel, good handle, and natural headset. He’s a push-style horse with plenty of try and a willing attitude. Monkey would make a great ranch horse, could continue on with arena work, or has the potential to make a really nice barrel horse prospect with the right rider!

He is still green in the arena and is not recommended for beginners, but would be a great fit for a confident rider looking for a talented gelding to finish their way.

“Rosie” is a real gem—and the kind of young mare that already has some valuable real-world experience under her belt!

She’s been used all over the ranch by both kids and adults, taken guests on rides through the hills, roped in the branding pen, roped on the heel side, and sorted plenty of cattle. Rosie has no buck, bite, or kick, and she’s more whoa than go while still knowing how to step up and get into the roping when asked.

Meet 𝔼𝕞𝕓𝕖𝕣 🔥

If you're looking for a young mare with a solid start, a great work ethic, and the ability to go all day, Ember is worth a look.
This 5-year-old grade Quarter Horse mare has a kind personality and loves people. She's easy to catch, enjoys attention, and has the willing attitude everyone hopes to find in a young horse.

Ember has seen a little bit of everything. She was started young, packed in the Bob Marshall Wilderness, crossed bridges and waterfalls, and has been exposed to all kinds of trail obstacles. She has since completed 90 days with Yellowstone Performance Horses where she's been used for ranch work, roped cattle, dragged calves to the fire, sorted cattle, led dude strings, and started on the dummy. She's also had plenty of groundwork, including desensitization to flags, tarps, and plastic bags.

In the arena, she knows her leads, is getting soft in the bridle, and shows plenty of athletic ability. She's naturally cowy, quick-footed, and has the speed and stamina to excel in the barrel pen with continued training. Whether you're looking for a ranch horse, trail partner, or barrel prospect, Ember has the foundation and ability to continue developing in the right program.

Ember loads easily, hauls well alone or with company, and is current on vaccinations, deworming, shoeing, and dental care.
Because she has plenty of energy and forward movement, Ember will do best with a confident rider who can continue bringing out her potential. She has no mean bone in her body and has a bright future ahead as a ranch horse, trail partner, or performance prospect.

She is only available because of a recent move and changing circumstances—not because of any fault of her own.
