We have openings in our puppy class starting Saturday, 2/1 at 10am! Only 4 puppies maximum in class so you get the attention you need and your puppy doesn't get overwhelmed. We are located in Derby! Class meets once a week for 5 weeks. Classes are 1 hour long. You also receive an online orientation and a digital training book to download and keep. At the first class you will receive a treat apron to dispense treats efficiently and the last class you will receive a digital picture of you and your pup will be wearing a graduation hat. Plus we give you a gift for completing the classes. The owner is available for questions between classes and after as well. All of this for $249.00 (Military discounts available). Waiting for a client at Lowe’s and can hear a trainer tell her clients to shock a puppy!! I feel so sorry for this puppy and the owners. The dog training field is not regulated! Please do your homework when choosing a trainer. You do not need to use fear or pain to train a dog well.

Positive reinforcement, fear free and pain free training is the only kind of training we use at K-9 Kudos. I’m seeing local videos posted that are supposed to be using positive reinforcement techniques only and see choke chains, slip leads, prong collars or shock collars being used. A few of the videos clearly shows what the trainer is doing can cause more reactivity instead of stopping it. PLEASE be sure you choose wisely. 💚🐾💚
