Welcome to all of the former Hands Full Dog Training, LLC clients! We are so excited to have you as part of the Family Dog Training family. From now on you will log into your accounts from our website, www.welltrainedfamilydog.com. Your password is going to be the same as it was when you logged into Hands Full (client login is at the bottom of the home page in the middle of the logo). You can enroll in classes at our southwest location or at the northeast location. We are working on adding more to the schedule.

FDTC clients, nothing will change for you except that you will also be able to enroll in classes at our northeast location as well as any of the private in-home training. We are working on getting everything up on our website.

We really do appreciate everyone's patience while we work our way through this transition. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out!

In light of the weather and out of concern for the safety of our clients, both human and canine, we will be canceling classes and private sessions today, Saturday, January 4th and tomorrow Sunday, January 5th. Leash walking is one of the hardest things you can do with your dog! You have to coordinate your movements with your pup's while being tethered by a leash without becoming a tangled mess or having your arm yanked out of its socket. It's a difficult task to tackle!

That's why we have a six-week class dedicated SOLELY to leash walking! And it starts on October 6th!

Unfortunately, July 4th is a common holiday for dogs to get scared and escape due to the big sky booms (fireworks). 🎇 🧨 🎆💥

Make sure you’re prepared by updating your pup’s collar ID tags and microchip information, use a leash for evening potty trips, and help to keep your dog safe and calm by letting them enjoy the evenings inside, with a treat-filled kong, and white noise. 🐕🐾🐶
