Dynamic Duo Equestrian is a full service boarding and eventing, dressage, and show jumping training facility located in White Post VA.

We offer riding lessons from beginners through advanced riders and have experience training a vast variety of horses!

Happy noggin day! Your brain is the only one you have, treat it that way. After my brain surgery I have been elbows deep in research for the best helmets that fit correctly and provide top tier safety. That’s why I ride in Windsor Wide Brim helmets. They come fully equipped with MIPS technology and an adjustable tab to make sure this helmet will always fit perfectly no matter the weather.

2025, you brought a lot of new beginnings and showed me that I have come far from the year before. That isn’t without a lot of failing and learning. 2025 taught me so much about myself and those who I have around me. We shed skin we didn’t need and grew through the struggles. Thank you to everyone who is always in my corner, I am so grateful for each of you. 2026 is the year of the horse, so everyone saddle up and get ready for an incredibly exciting year. 2026 is my comeback year💙🩵

It’s a bittersweet day as Mochi heads off to her new endeavors! Huge thank you to .equestrian for trusting me with such a talented mare to restart from track life. It is a bittersweet day today as we send Mochi off to her new owner. It’s been a dream getting to restart this lovely mare. I am over the moon that she’s going to a great home where I will still be able to be part of her journey from afar! Best of luck to you and Mochi, Joy! Cant wait to cheer you on🩵

There is so much to be thankful for this year but to name a few: great people and amazing horses.

A year ago the thought of me being back fully immersed into the eventing world seems very out of reach. The daunting and never ending hoops and hurdles I had to jump through to finally get back to where I belong seemed so out of reach. But we did it. I am very lucky for my team that stood by me through the unthinkable in 2024 that still backs me today. Everyone who picked me back up, wiped my tears, and encouraged me to dust myself off and keep fighting; I can never thank you enough. We are back.

I will never, ever, take a single day for granted again. This entire experience, is one that I never wish to live again, taught me so much about myself and those around me. I was able to step out of the daily scene and reminded why I chose horses/eventing as a career. It is the one thing that keeps me smiling, happy, and most of all it is the most fun job in the entire world. I get paid to ride horses everyday. As a professional we all tend to get swept under the rug and forced into tunnel vision. Everyone needs to pump the breaks and remember we do this for the love of horses and the sport. There isn’t a finish line with a timer set. Take your time. Do it right. Enjoy every minute. We shouldn’t dread a single time we get to swing a leg over because that can be taken from you in an instant. Always remain grateful for how far you have come. Happy Thanksgiving and snuggle your ponies❤️

Instagram verses Reality Reindeer Addition 🎄😂
Tulip 🌷 had her first trot around today after her down time from the track. She has the best brain and such a relaxed demeanor. Super excited to see this three year old progress over the next few months!
