NEW Cancellation Policy Effective March 16, 2025

Due to the high volume of same-day cancellations, I am implementing a new cancellation policy, effective immediately.

• For daycare and walk services, same-day cancellations will require full payment. Prepaid services will not be eligible for credit.

• For boarding and drop-in visit services, early returns will not be eligible for refunds or credits.

• For cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, a 50% balance payment will be required if cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the start date. If you have already paid your balance a 50% credit will be issued to any future dates. No refunds.

• Deposits for all services are non-refundable and non-transferable.

I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and I am willing to work with clients to find a mutually beneficial solution. However, as a full-time business, I rely heavily on timely payments to sustain.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns regarding this new policy.
