**Reminders**
• With the warmer weather here🌞, all nail trims will be done indoors. It's more comfortable and safer for your pet, my assistant, and me.
• Please provide a clean area for us to work. I often offer to vacuum or sweep up after the appointment, but I would greatly appreciate having a reasonably clean space to work in when we arrive. If you'd like me to clean up any pet hair afterward, feel free to leave the vacuum out and I'm happy to take care of it.😀
• Same-day cancellations are subject to a $20 cancellation fee. This policy has been in place for several years. When an appointment is canceled at the last minute, I still pay my assistant for that scheduled time and may have turned away other clients who were waiting for an opening.
• When I send a text letting you know when I'll be in your area, please try to respond within a few days. Timely responses help me organize routes, schedule appointments efficiently, and plan days off when possible.
