📢We wanted to make a quick post regarding our cancellation / no-show policy 📢

As many of you know, Fluffie Puppie is an appointment-only, 1-on-1 grooming salon. When your pup is scheduled, that time is reserved specifically for them. Unlike large salons, we cannot simply “fill in” missed appointments at the last minute.

Unfortunately, we have recently experienced an increase in no-shows and last-minute cancellations. When this happens, our groomers lose hours of pay that were specifically set aside for your pets.

📢Because of this, we will be strictly enforcing our cancellation policy moving forward:
✨We require at least 5 days notice for cancellations or reschedules
✨No-shows or late cancellations will result in a fee of 50% of the appointment total

We completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen, and we always try our best to work with our clients when communication is given. We truly appreciate those of you who respect our time, our staff, and our small business. 🐾
