Rover Scoopers is a growing local pet-waste-removal company delivering reliable, five-star service throughout the Portland Metro area.
We’re looking for a dependable Field Service Technician who enjoys active, independent work, likes being outdoors and takes pride in doing a great job.
What you’ll do:
🐾 Drive an assigned Portland Metro route
🐾 Remove dog waste from residential yards
🐾 Secure gates and treat every property with care
🐾 Work independently outdoors in changing weather
🐾 Deliver the exceptional service our customers expect
What we offer:
✅ Starting pay of $20/hour
✅ Customer tips currently averaging approximately $5/hour (tips vary and are not guaranteed)
✅ Paid training
✅ Referral and upsell commissions + performance incentives after 60 days
✅ $25/month phone reimbursement after 60 days
✅ Opportunity to grow with a growing local company
Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, an acceptable driving record, be comfortable around dogs and be willing to complete required background and driving-record screenings.
