We offer special attention to horses that are in need. The auction or kill pen horses are very sick mentally and/or physically. They need to decompress from being tossed around on the kill buyers trailers and in their pens. We bathe and groom and love on these horses. Their teeth are done. Feet trimmed, grained at least twice a day depending on their weight. They receive plenty of hay and bedding in heir stalls and have a large turn out field or paddock or dry lot depending on their needs. The horses receive vet attention if needed right away. They temperatures are taken daily and given meds and antibiotic shots if needed. We offer special care for special needs horses such as the rescues
Its our pleasure to take care of them and haul them to you once healthy.

just a few months ago I received a call from a lovely woman named Pam Tubbs Horswill wanting me to proxy bid on the shire at New Holland auction. I volunteer with the group of amazing women of the fb page horses of new holland. We won the bid, picked him up and brought him to our facility Heartland. This pic is the first time I saw Magnus and then a picture taken by a friend today at our boarding facility Thornbury Farm. He will be heading home shortly to his family. This guy has been a very special gift and im so proud of how far he has come.

Moses came to us broken. His spirit was gone. Exhausted. Depressed. decompressing in his stall. Scabs and scrapes all over him. Feet so long I dont know how he kept his shoes on. He was a wreck. We loved him. Gave him time and turned him out. Before and afters

yeah, another hard goodbye Really hard! . However their owner Jackie saved another Moores horse this week. I get to see them again in a few months when I deliver Magic. thank god. Godspeed Dapple Tennessee and Kitty
