πΎ Important Seasonal Grooming NoticeπΎ
As we move through one of our busiest times of year, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding.
Due to increased demand, we cannot guarantee exact pick-up times for grooming appointments. Every dog receives individualized, attentive care, and grooming times can vary based on coat condition, temperament, and comfort needs. We always do our best to complete grooms in a timely manner, but we ask that clients plan accordingly and allow flexibility in their schedules and provide the best number to reach you, so we can let you know when your dog is ready.
To help make pick-ups easier, we will now have a digital sign visible from the parking lot. When your dogβs name appears on the sign, that means they are ready to go home and you may come into the salon.
Please note that phone calls and text messages may be answered more slowly during peak times. Frequent interruptions significantly increase grooming time, so limiting calls and texts helps us keep dogs safe, calm, and on schedule.
Because our salon space is small and safety is our top priority, we ask that clients look inside before entering to ensure the entry area is clear. To prevent accidents and overcrowding, only one family may be in the entryway at a time.
We also ask that all dogs are brought in on leash or in your arms, even if they wouldn't normally take off, any unknown sound like a snow plow or large truck could scare them in the wrong direction.
Thank you for your understanding, your patience, and for trusting us with your petsβ care. π
We truly appreciate your support during our busiest seasons.
