You can now stop losing track of who you've replied to in your overwhelming email inbox. Maybe it's puppy inquiries, requests for a product you craft and bring to dog shows, or anything else you want to remember associated to a person.

Your Canine Zeal website can now include a 'contact us' form or a 'subscribe' form using the page designer. So anyone can subscribe to a newsletter you may be writing, or just send you a message. You decide which option is available on your page, or don't enable it at all if its not helpful to you.

If you need help adding the new widget to a page, just let us know. We can take care of it.

When you're logged in, you get a contact list of people that filled out either of those forms (name and email). You can see the messages as well, and mark them as 'done' when you've either replied or added them to your newsletter list.

You can also add contacts yourself and add ad-hoc notes about any given contact that either you created or that used one of these new forms.

We've been working hard to make Canine Zeal even easier to use. It is by far the easiest way to create a website or build detailed picture pedigrees for anyone that breeds dogs.

The latest update was made available today. Its now easier to drag new content widgets onto the screen and edit text in place on the page. The content alignment options are more clear and help tips are available to help with formatting.

All pedigrees on Canine Zeal are now picture pedigrees, for dogs that you've uploaded at least 1 photo.

On the public page for your dog, click on the camera icon on the pedigree and a dialog opens with a slideshow of all photos you've added for that dog.

You can now build a pedigree on Canine Zeal in a fillable pedigree. Each node has an option to add a dog. If that dog is already on another pedigree you get the rest of that branch filled in automatically.

If you already filled out the Dam's pedigree, and then you edit one of her puppies pedigree and add her as the Dam, the pedigree auto-fills the Dam's branch from data you've already entered for the Dam.

What's really great, is that now all the pages you generate for each dog with just the "Create page" button for a dog will now have that generated pedigree.

The pedigree builder received a make-over today. Our pedigrees are a reflection of the dog data you enter. As you add titles, health certs and litters to your dog records the relevant pedigree on each page is automatically updated.

The change: The pedigree lines are fixed in cases when some ancestors are missing, and we fill in gaps with placeholders. We now always show 4 ancestor levels deep.
