🍀 Week 7 Pupdate: The Need for Speed! 🍀
We can hardly believe it, but our seven little ones are seven weeks old today! This has been a week of "firsts" and fast breaks. Here’s the latest from the Upland Edge crew:
Bird Brains in Training: We introduced the pups to birds for the first time this week! The natural instinct is definitely there—they were absolutely fascinated by the new scents and sights. It’s clear these pups are ready to follow in the footsteps of the big dogs.
The Great Outdoors: We’ve been spending most of our time outside. Between wrestling with the adult dogs and exploring the yard, they are burning off plenty of energy.
The Blur Factor: Good luck getting a still photo! They have found their "pro" gears and are officially faster than my camera shutter. They’ve traded their puppy waddle for a full-on sprint.
"Big Kid" Status: Tomorrow is a major milestone: the big vet appointment! They’ll get their checkups to ensure everyone is healthy and ready for their next chapter.
Heading Home:
Starting next week, these pups will begin heading to their forever homes. It’s a bittersweet time for us, but we are so proud of the bold, birdy, and bright dogs they are becoming.
