This last month and a half has been our slowest stretch for many years. Yesterday it finally opened up a bit. Always slower in April/May, but this has been exceptional. Bob and I think the thermals have really taken over and taken a toll. Great for ranchers and really great for out low deer numbers. We'll keep grinding.....

What does everyone else think? Are you seeing less coyotes?

2 more make 93 for the year. Not sure well break 100 by April 1. Not a lack of coyotes as much as lack of hunting.

Big mated hard-charging pair and a mangy one. It was the other direction from the truck, so thats where it stayed. It was locked up listening to the kitchen sink of prey distress, Tony Tebbe 's Coyote Pups Feeding turned it into a hard charger too.
