Amber started her career as an exotic animal trainer and handler and is a certified professional dog trainer through CPDT-KA. She has worked with all types of animals from tigers, monkey, alligators, you name it! All of her pets were adopted through animal rescues and are showing the world the amazing things that rescued animals can do. She trained her rescue dog, Oakley, to be her personal servic
e dog and helps teach other's the amazing things that service dogs can do. Her animals have been featured in dozens of commercials, TV shows, and productions world-wide.

The best thing about this photo is HOW EXCITED Oakley was to pose for a photo. I told him “paws up” and he ran over, tried to balance on all of the pumpkins at the same time and gave me the biggest smile. 🎃

Do not bring these into your home if you have cats or dogs Lots of people think that poinsettias are toxic - these are so. much. worse. All parts of the plant, including the pollen, can lead to irreversible kidney failure if ingested by a cat. We shared before, but if this saves even one kitty, it was worth sharing again.
They are toxic to dogs also but not to the severity as cats
I’m not one to usually try and put attention on myself or to brag, I’d to put the attention on my dogs and get embarrassed when people compliment me…
But this was something I neglected to share when we reached this goal that I was SO proud of, and now not even 6 months later we’re nearing 200k subscribers on YouTube 😱😲🤯
It’s really just a number, but it’s a number I am so grateful to have THAT many people only on 1 platform! Not even counting the other platforms across the board. Here’s to finding motivation to keep keeping at it and a HUGE thank you to all of YOU for always supporting me and my crew 🧡🧡

The last two days were eye opening for me. It can be easy to feel insecure in a world full of sharing your “bests” and using filters. Sometimes you can feel like you need to filter your personality. That you’re “too much” for some people. Getting to film The Dog Moms with my best friend for was such a light all around.
I got to be myself, unfiltered, goofy, dorky, and to think that people love seeing the REAL me, the weirdness and all is such a blessing but also hard thing to grasp. We often want to do the things we think people want to see, but I hope that with this show and all of the things we’re going to be sharing with the world, I hope that you appreciate seeing the realness, with all of its perfect imperfections. 💕

Part 3: Tucker’s road to recovery ❤️🩹 He was fighting to stay with us and we were going to keep fighting for him 🙏
This day and this song had so many things tied to it that day. It was one of the hardest days on my life, but I had to step aside for a little bit, focus on the dogs I had with me, and try to just be in the weird but beautiful moment that I was in, while I waited to hear if my heart would be broken. The frozen over beach was such an unusual sight to behold, I will never forget it. And thankfully, there is a happy ending to the story. But at the time of this video, I was trying to find joy in this moment, even when my heart was breaking.

We went to visit Tucker again last night. He was starting to act more like the Tucker we know and love Asking for butt scratches and chest rubs 🥹 He drank water with us and has been eating with the staff. He was upset about us leaving but I told him we will see him soon he’s just gotta keep fighting. 🙏
Tucker made it through the night! We’re making progress 🙏 He has a heart arrhythmia, but the surgeon. Told us this isn’t uncommon for a splenectomy. We went to visit him a few hours ago and he was able to walk out to see us! He was so happy and wagging his tail to see us and every time we talked to him. He wasn’t eating for the staff today, but when I was with him I asked him if he wanted to eat and he ate a bunch from and even wanted to eat more. I had to stop feeding him so he wouldn’t eat too much! 🥹🙏 The nurse that took care of him all day yesterday told us that she brought his lucky lambchop with him everywhere and he’s been beating the odds stacked against him. Tucker is such a strong boy and such a fighter. He’s giving me his all to stay with me and we will do everything and anything we can for our sweet boy🙏
Today has been one of the hardest days of my life. Tucker woke up lethargic and pale laying in his own vomit. We rushed him to an ER first thing this morning, and they spent all day getting him stable (we’re out of town) while we have spent the entire day praying for him to pull through. He went into emergency surgery around 6:30PM to have the mass and his spleen removed, it had ruptured which caused him to vomit. At 9pm Tuck made it through surgery. 🙏 He’s not out of the woods yet, but they were able to take the mass and spleen out and they didn’t find any extra nodules. He had low blood pressure so they did a blood transfusion. We won’t know the results of the mass until about a week. If the mass is malignant his prognosis is 3 months or so, but if it’s benign it’s curative. God answered our prayers that the surgery was successful but keep praying for him to be strong and pull through recovery over these next few days while he stays at the ER (we have a hotel close by) and pray that he will be able to come home. 🙏
