Meet Blanche, Dorothy, Rose and Sophia. They all recently Joined the APH family. They’re still young as you can see meaning they will bring enough energy and love in their forever home. They will also be getting their first round of vaccines soon.
They’re Boxer-mix and will make a great addition to pretty much any lucky family. They will do their best in a home where their humans have time to show them love and also train them to be their best self.

They would like to have a fenced yard so that they can feel safe and also have room to run and play. Right now, besides sleeping and eating, their favorite thing to do is play with toys, so lots of toys in their new home would be great too. Oh, and they’re very snuggly and extremely sweet.

We'd like to introduce you to Dottie!
She is around 2 years old, current on her vaccines, and is in a Foster-to-Adopt home in Poulsbo, WA. (THANK YOU Mary & Family!)
Sweet Dottie was rescued off of the streets in Madera, California and the awesome person who found her, Jon-Paul, registered her with a local shelter and then offered to foster her until an adopter or rescue could be lined up. Before heading off to her foster home, shelter staff made sure Dottie received her vaccines, dewormer, and also flea meds.
When Dottie was found, it was evident that she had recently had a litter of puppies and she was also emaciated. We are so thankful that Jon-Paul found her when he did. HUGE THANK YOU to Jon-Paul and his girlfriend for saving this little girl's life and then welcoming her into their home as a foster pup for the last three weeks. Dottie thrived while in foster care and her temporary family loved having her as a houseguest.
What we know about Dottie so far is that she plays well with other small to medium dogs, she likes to be outside for playtime and eating, but also enjoys sleeping on a comfy couch and being lazy on a dog bed next to her people. Dottie knows some basic commands and has been working on her leash skills with her foster family. She likes car rides and holding her head out the window! She loves pats on the head, kisses, and attention of any kind.
Dottie hit the road this past weekend with our friends at Gettin' em Home Transport and she arrived safe and sound at her FTA home on Sunday. BIG THANKS to all of the drivers at Gettin Em Home for spending your weekend transporting this precious cargo. We also need to send out HUGE THANKS to one of our volunteers, Gina, for providing Dottie with a cozy place for a sleepover Saturday night. Like they say, sometimes it takes a village, and we sure are lucky to have a great one!!
We can't wait to learn more about Dottie as she settles in with her Foster-to-Adopt family and we'll be keeping our fingers and paws crossed that she's found her forever home. Dm if interested on Dottie

Please meet Jenny! She is around 1½ years old, spayed, and up to date on all vaccines. She is a
Jenny had a litter of puppies at some point in her young life and was very underweight upon intake into the rescue. Jenny is around 95% potty trained and will go to the door when she wants to go outside; she has never had an accident in her kennel.
Jenny has done great with her foster brothers and sisters.
These introductions were done very slowly to give Jenny a chance to get used them but all went well. Based on her personality, we think Jenny might even be okay with a cat in her forever home, but she has not been tested around one.
Jenny is a young dog with an old soul. She is the most precious little girl with a very loving personality. She loves to be with her humans and could easily become a member of a family with senior members, or even a baby or young kids.
Jenny will sit and wait for treats until they are released to her.
She has been an ideal houseguest and has not attempted to destroy anything that she's not supposed to chew on.
Whoever gets to adopt this little girl is going to be one lucky family. Jenny is a gem, and we can't wait to find her a forever family who will give her all the cuddles and love she desires.

This is miss Roxy and she is 3 years old, spayed, house/crate trained, current on her vaccines, she is a "Moxer" (Mastiff Boxer mix) but what we can tell you for certain is that she is the best girl!
Roxy loves everyone that she has met and absolutely loves kids. She currently has 3 human foster siblings ages 14, 12 and 5. She would love to have a fur-sibling in her forever home who is full of as much energy as she is, because she and her 1-year-old Doodle foster-brother roughhouse all day long.
Roxy is incredibly smart and even taught herself to go in and out of the doggy door to do her business. She loves to sleep right next to you at night and will play with her siblings all day long.
She is a singer and loves to alert us if anyone or anything seems amiss, which includes the pesky squirrels that play in our yard. She is quite vocal, so a house with shared walls might not be the best for her. She would probably do best in a house without a cat as she loves to chase. She is a BIG girl, and her rough playstyle might be a bit too scary for a feline companion.
Roxy has a very pronounced underbite which makes her tongue hang out almost all of the time, but it is the cutest thing when she is sleeping. This underbite makes her drool - A LOT! She has a special mat that her water bowl is kept on because when she drinks, most of it tends to go on the floor and not in her mouth.
Roxy absolutely loves spending time with her people and will curl up on the couch or on your bed to keep you company.
She is curious and loves to chase balls and play tug with her toys. She has not needed to have many behavior corrections, and when she does, all you have to do is call her name and she will redirect.

Hey there, I'm Jeffery! I'm a Boxer/ Pitbull mix, am around 3 years old, weigh-in at 35 pounds, am neutered and current on my vaccines, have a natural tail, and I'm being fostered in Renton, WA. While I may be small in size, I am big on love! I am kid-friendly and thrive on attention from the people in my life.
My journey started on the streets of New Mexico, where things got a bit rough when I ended up in a high-kill shelter with a countdown ticking away. But guess what? Fate had other plans for me! I got this second shot at life when I made my way to Washington state. Now, I'm all about leaving the past behind and embracing the good stuff.
I've got some cool skills like sitting and waiting and would love to learn more. I'm still figuring out this whole potty-training thing though but I'm sure I'll get the hang of it soon.
I'm just about fully crate trained but will cry maybe just a little bit once in a while, just so no one forgets I'm in there. Oh, and car rides? Not my favorite - I tend to get a bit queasy.
While getting places in a vehicle isn't my jam, I do love a nice walk and am great while on leash. I don't pull but I do like to stop and "check out" every bush that I see (if you know what I mean!). Oh, and what is with all the rain here?! I'm not really fond of that but I'm starting to get acclimated.
I might be a bit of an escape artist, but that's just because I'm curious; so, I'll need a nice secure home and yard to call my own. Despite my adventurous side, I'm a small guy who loves cuddles and snoozing away half the day. I have no destructive tendencies and never chew on anything I'm not supposed to chew on. Dogs are cool, but I prefer hanging out with people, especially if they're into cuddle sessions. Some would describe me as having a unique blend of energy and tranquility.
Life's been a rollercoaster, but I'm ready for the next chapter with a forever family who sees the potential in this lovable, resilient pup. Let's make some memories together! Fill out an application today by sending me a dm.

Mom is our family pet and dad was a stud dog.These puppies have had the very best start in life.All have been wormed and flea on a regular basis.We have a beautiful litter of beagles, both boys and girls available. They are all fully health checked, flea wormed and micro chipped.
