Today was a big day for Bane.
This 130-pound sweetheart went on an adventure with one of his trusted volunteers—and he absolutely thrived.

🚗 Fantastic in the car – just hopped in and enjoyed the ride
🐱 Did well with cats – respectful and curious
👧 Did great with kids – friendly, gentle, and excited to make new friends
🏡 And he showed off some serious house manners:
— No accidents
— No counter surfing (they even tested him with a plate out!)

Bane knows all his basics: sit, down, paw, speak, and stay. And when he feels comfortable? You’ll get to see his signature move—the world’s silliest zoomies, where he just spins in circles like a 130-pound toddler who discovered joy for the first time.

This boy has come so far from the shut-down, terrified stray he once was. All he needs now is the right person—someone patient and kind—who will continue showing him the good in the world.
