Starting 6/1/26, a few services will have a small $5–$10 increase.

Any bookings made before 4/20/26 will stay at the current rate.

I’m also implementing a cancellation Policy:
Life happens. I get it. If you need to cancel, please let me know at least 48 hours ahead so I can try to fill the spot.
Cancellations under 48 hours may be charged 50% of the booking.

Meet the face behind Paws & Claws Pet Sitting

Hi, I’m Kelli!

A little about me:

I started pet sitting in January 2025, and it has been such a fun and rewarding experience. I started this journey after our family’s German Shepherd passed away on Easter 2024. I wasn’t ready for another pet of our own yet. Pet sitting has given me the chance to meet, love, and care for so many wonderful pets while helping families at the same time.

While I mostly care for dogs and cats, I’ve also looked after 4H market rabbits, chickens, and even turkeys - I love all animals.

Since starting this business, I’ve worked with pets of all breeds, ages, and temperaments. I know how hard it can be to leave your pets and your home in someone else’s care, so I always aim to give both you and your pets the best possible experience. I will send daily updates with pictures to help you stay connected while you’re away. I have many repeat customers, and I’m happy to share references or reviews upon request.

And when I housesit, I try to leave your home better than I found it. No one wants to come home from vacation to floors covered in dog and/or cat hair.

I also wanted to let everyone know that the only weekend we currently have available over the next few months is the weekend of May 1. After that, our next opening isn’t until July. I always feel bad when we book up so quickly-I hate having to turn people down. As usual, drop‑ins and walks can almost always be accommodated, so feel free to reach out and we’ll get you on the schedule.

Walked Zena 3x a day from 1/15–1/18, and she seriously amazes me. She’s a 20 year old pitbull who still loves getting out for her strolls. We just take it slow and go at her pace, but she still has plenty of pep. She’s such a sweet girl. ❤️

Stayed with Gus and Millie from 1/14–1/20, and it was such a great week with these two. I’ve walked and done drop-ins with them before, but this was my first time house sitting, and getting to really settle into their routines and learn more about their personalities made it even more fun.

Millie is the calm, sweet, stay-by-your-side girl who absolutely knows what she wants. On walks, she’ll politely—but firmly—let you know when she’s done or when the route needs to change. When Millie decides, that’s the plan.

Gus is the classic high‑energy golden retriever pup, full of enthusiasm and always ready to play. His owner described him as a typical teenage boy, and honestly, that couldn’t be more accurate. Every walk comes with a “souvenir” he proudly finds and carries along.

They’re such a lovable duo, and I really enjoyed getting to know them better.

Stayed with Stella from 1/9–1/11, and she completely won us over. It was our first time with her, and we’re already hoping to see her again soon. She’s the sweetest, calmest, most cuddly little flandoodle — a breed I hadn’t even heard of before meeting her. She loves playing ball and curling up on the couch, and honestly, she’s just a joy to be around. 🐾
