Merry Christmas to our incredible team at Targeted Pet Treats. Fun time last week with Luncheons on all shifts and Mr and Mrs Claus stopping by. Also a big congratulations to all of the gift winners. Nine (9) Big Screens, money trees, lottery trees, and steak platters all given away.

*Shift Differential: $1/hour

Responsible for keeping the facility operating and repairing any problems when they are discovered. Required to perform a wide range of repair tasks around a facility.

Primary Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
•Responsible for the maintenance and repair of all equipment and facilities
•Performs all preventative and scheduled maintenance as assigned
•Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment. Ensures that all safety devices are installed and operational
•Listens for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunctions and discusses machine operation
•Variations with operators and other maintenance workers to diagnose problem or repair machine
•Dismantles machines or equipment, replaces defective parts and motors and adjusts equipment as necessary
•Cleans and lubricates machine parts such as shafts, pulleys, gears and bearings or repairs machine belts.
•Installs equipment and completes projects as assigned
•Responsible for proper safety procedures and good housekeeping when performing all assignments
•Accesses needed parts and tracks what is used according to established methods
•Lay out hard wiring for projects
•Wire electrical motors
•Ensures that work is completed according to schedule
•Proactive in detecting and correcting machine performance problems
•Maintain constant communication with Production Manager and other maintenance people
•Reads and interprets blueprints, program listings, schematics and mechanical and wiring diagrams
•Drafts and modifies blueprints, program listings, schematics and mechanical and wiring diagrams
•Performs electrical troubleshooting and makes modifications to existing programs

Qualifications:
3-5 years minimum experience:
Mold setting, cleaning & PM, Screw pulls, Low voltage electric, Trouble shooting, General building maintenance, Robot maintenance & setup

Overall Focus:

The DoBoy Operator is a production laborer who is responsible for the following duties. The DoBoy Operator must load product as well as make some mechanical adjustments and film change overs in accordance with established procedures. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanically related issues is a requirement. This job description is not intended to be all inclusive of every job function. All employees shall perform as directed by their supervisor or management team.

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to ensure that our products and services meet all necessary requirements before they reach the consumer. The Quality Manager will inspect the final product to make sure it has been built with compliance to legal standards and meets customer expectations. A great quality manager is thorough and observant with an eye for detail. They must fully understand the requirements for the product or service and have a sense of responsibility towards our potential and existing customers as well as the competition. The goal is to help preserve our reputation by ensuring that our products and services are capable to drive sustainable growth.

•Food experience REQUIRED, Pet Food Experience Preferred
•Establish and review specifications for products and/or processes
•Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance
•Experience leading a HACCP based Food Safety Program
•Supervise staff; provide guidance and feedback
•Oversee development of employees; provide measurable metrics to achieve success
•Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
