Who says shelter dogs can’t be comedians? Today we’re celebrating some of the biggest goofballs, silliest smiles, funniest poses, and most entertaining personalities at the shelter! 📸😂

From dogs making the goofiest faces to those who seem determined to turn every toy into a comedy prop, these pups keep us laughing every day. Their quirky personalities are just part of what makes them so special. ❤️

🐶 Some are professional zoomie experts.
🐶 Some have mastered the art of the head tilt.
🐶 And some are just wonderfully, unapologetically goofy!

Our former WRAC babies Noodle and Finch will be at Petsmart tomorrow, May 30th, with Pawsome Southern Rescue starting at 12pm!

Noodle is a smart 9-10 mo old German Shepherd mix who is as smart as can be! 🧠 He’s got a playful personality and can sit on command! 🥇

Finch is a 11 mo Shep/Lab mix and is BEAUTIFUL! 😍 He has been a star pupil at Canine Clubhouse, Perry GA this past month where he got to run and play daily with his friends as well as receive obedience training. He is perfect! 🏆

This sweet 6yr old boy is SO well behaved. He’s the kind of dog that just wants to quietly hang out by your side and soak up all the love you’ll give him. At an adoption event, while everything around him was busy and exciting, BingBong simply sat beside us like the perfect gentleman. No barking, no chaos — just happy to be there and getting attention 🥹

He loves people, enjoys affection, and has a very low-energy personality that makes him an easy companion for a quieter home. Soft beds, belly rubs, slow strolls, and snacks? That’s BingBong’s dream life 💛

✨🥊ELLIE MAY IS A FIGHTER 🥊✨

Ellie May has been through more than most dogs ever should. 💔 She was found as a severely emaciated stray, neglected and struggling to survive — yet somehow, she still has the sweetest, most loving spirit.

This beautiful 4-year-old coonhound is proof that resilience exists. She still greets people with tail wags, happy energy, and hope for a better life. 🥹 All Ellie May wants is a safe home where she’ll never have to wonder if she’s loved again.

She is dog friendly, incredibly sweet, and although she is heartworm positive, heartworms are treatable and she is SO worth saving. 🐶✨

Please help Ellie May finally get the happy ending she deserves. 🏡🐾 Come see her!
