So tired of struggling with these health issues..
waking up every day sick as a dog is just exhausting. And now this hernia on top of it all is just excruciating.. I’m exhausted beyond words .. my back has been absolutely killing me lately, an I desperately need a chiropractor.

I am in desperate need of a solo vaca or a sabbatical.. idk but I need to really find myself again and find a way to fix these issues before I fall apart completely.. I need a reset.. a mental reset. A physical reset.. I want to be the best me, the best mom, I can be.. an this is not it.

I want to know what it is that happens inside a persons brain when they choose to make up their own reality instead of acknowledging the one that actually exists..

Like how can someone just choose to ignore reality like it doesn’t matter or literally exist, an just make up their own version in their head..
