That’s right — we just surpassed 5,000 free-roaming cats fixed on Oʻahu in 2025! 🎉
Less meow-mayhem, more healthy kitties. 💙

CatFriends! We are in need of volunteers for this Sunday 9/14 and Sunday 9/28. The shift is 3-Closing (anywhere from 5-7pm). You would be monitoring cats as they wake up from surgery & helping us clean the clinic once surgery ends. Please reach out to us directly if you can help! (808)226-4561

Our amazing Linda Lau has passed away. She was a friend to everyone she met, cats and people alike. We are heartbroken by this great loss and will honor her memory through our continued support of Oahu's free-roaming cats.

CatFriends, once again, broke records this past clinic- we fixed 304 free-roaming cats in one day‼️🎉🐾 We are beyond proud of everyone involved & supporting what we do❤️ THANK YOU🙌

✨What an incredible weekend! We are thrilled to share that 420 free-roaming outdoor cats were successfully sterilized this past weekend!🐈🐾 This achievement would not have been possible without the amazing dedication of our volunteers, generous donors, and trappers who work tirelessly to make a difference. A huge thank you to Dr. Jeff & Dr. Jones for their expertise and care in ensuring these kitties receive the best treatment possible 🩺😸

Together, we are making strides towards a better future for our community's feline population. Here's to many more successful weekends ahead!🎉🙌

Last week, our incredible CatFriends team fixed 422 CATS!❤️🫢 A massive thank you to our amazing vets, Dr. Jeff, Dr. Lau, and Dr. Jodie, for their expertise and care. 😻 We also want to give a heartfelt shoutout to our generous donors, dedicated volunteers, and skillful trappers- your support and hard work make all the difference! Together, we're creating a pawsitive impact for our furry friends & the island 🐈✨

This is Simon & his story!

Simon arrived to our May 18th spay & neuter clinic; he was very chatty and friendly. Our vet techs scanned him & found a microchip, so we reported him as found. Shortly after, we received a call from Simon's owners. Through utter shock and disbelief they were ecstatic to hear he had been found!

Simon had been missing for 3 YEARS🙀 His family now lives on the mainland & were more than willing to work with us on getting Simon a plane ticket home! On May 26th, Simon boarded his flight and arrived back with his family. This is such a beautiful story of how trapping can give cats the extra help they need to get back home🩷 We are so happy for Simon and his family🎉🐾
