Had some help from OAAT but adoptable through Funds for Furry Friends in approx 8 weeks !
Definitely some pug in the mix but the rest is “your guess is as good as mine” !

We dropped Bubba Gomp off at his new home today ! He had been with us almost a year but he scored big time - it was worth the wait for a perfect family ! His new family built him a brand new fence this weekend and his doggie brother was so happy to see him !
My kiddo is crying big tears but we will get to dog sit and see him as he lives so close to us ❤️

The rescue shed has a new resident !
Meet Twizzler and her 7 babies born 7 days ago ! ( sept 1 )
Twizzler was transported from a northern reserve by a kind resident that wanted her safe as a dog shoot was being planned. We took her in on a Thursday and she had babies on Saturday !

Twizzler came with her friend Princess Kate who quickly got adopted by amazing clients of the VAH who had told me 1 day before that they were looking for another dog ! LUCKY Kate - now Marlow !

As per usual Twizzler and puppies with be adopted through Funds for Furry Friends in about 8 weeks when spayed and vaccinated !

Donations are always welcome - p*e pads , acana healthy grains puppy food, canned Proplan puppy food , paper towel , bleach based disinfectant or monetary donations for tax receipts can be made as well - please put a Memo that the funds are for Twizzler and family !

From this to that !
This is why I do what I do !
(And why I like to have a little rescue fund at the clinic to be able to help these types of cases ASAP ) !
This kitten was posted as needing help on a rescue page and as I felt it was suffering and needed help ASAP before a rescue could be secured I offered to take it in and get the vetting started !
When you send a donation to the clinic this is where is goes and what it does !

Meet Alfredo ( I think females kitten so may need to be shortened to Ally )

She was severely underweight (340g at 6.5 weeks old - 1/2 of what she should be ) and had urine scald/severe dermatitis on her hindend ( she had maggots on her in the first picture I saw)! She was bathed, dewormed, slathered in bum cream fed and started on antibiotics last night!

Today she has gained 100 g and is on her way to being a healthy kitten without discomfort from her sore bum !

Clearly I can’t help them all but for this one kitten I sure made her feel better very quickly !

Available for adoption if anyone wants a sweet white kitten !
