📢 Important Appointment Policy Update
I have been having some issues lately with clients arriving more than 10 minutes late or not showing up for their appointments at all. I completely understand that things happen, but I also need to respect my time and the time of my other clients.
I have a 10-minute grace period for appointments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, it can make it difficult for me to get your dog groomed on time before my next client arrives. Because of this, I will now be adding an additional late fee to your grooming appointment if you arrive after the 10-minute grace period.
If you arrive late and need to reschedule, there will also be a rescheduling fee added to your next grooming appointment.
This is not about me trying to make extra money. When someone is late or doesn’t show up, that time is lost, and I could have scheduled another client during that time. My time is valuable, and I have to be respectful of my schedule and the clients who show up on time.
Everyone will be given two chances. If you are more than 10 minutes late twice or no-show twice, I will no longer be able to schedule future appointments for you.
I have let things slide quite a bit in the past, but I am trying to be as professional as possible and set clear boundaries when it comes to my business and my time.
I truly appreciate all of my clients and hope everyone, including my new clients, understands that my time is valuable, just like yours is. ❤️
Thank you for understanding and respecting my time and appointment policies! 🐾
Please put your initials in the comments to let me know that you have read and understand this policy. This is not directed at anyone specific; I just want to make sure everyone is aware of the updated appointment policy moving forward. ❤️
