Stall Board includes:
✨ 12x12 fully matted stalls with fans
🐴 Large 3 rail vinyl fenced pastures with electrobraid on top and bottom rail.
🐴 Large 125x250 outdoor arena with lights and sprinklers
✨ Full size dressage arena
🐴 Roundpen
✨ Washstall with hot/cold water
🐴 Private tack lockers
✨ Fly-spray (owner provides) and blanketing
🐴 Supplements provided by owner can be given at feedings
✨ Grain 2x daily and coastal hay provided (Timothy and/or senior grain additional cost tbd)

We are a private horse farm with a limited amount of boarders. We have a wonderful drama-free place with a relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of areas to ride and enjoy!
