Mav really said “copy and paste” with this one. On the left is little Miss Kate, and on the right is her dad, Maverick. The resemblance is unreal, from the markings to the expression. Safe to say she got more than a few of her dad’s good looks. ❤️

Worked little Miss Mabel on a couple quail today and she did great—especially for only her second time on birds. We shot one over her, and she brought it straight back to us. She’s already showing all the signs of making a solid bird dog.
