I finished teaching the on-line - 5 days/3 hrs per day “Pack Dynamics” Course. These were the notes from it. Somewhere around 400 pages of notes. Plus my original outline notes to myself.

Very in depth. A great class. I enjoyed teaching it. I had been looking forward to it for a year.

Now it will be available as a recorded (video) class for you at any time you wish to take it.

I am thoroughly enjoying teaching this current 5 day on-line course. Pack Dynamics. A VERY in-depth, and advanced dive into every aspect about human-canine pro-social groups (you and your dogs).

In my very humble opinion, if you have, want to have, or work with dogs, you should take this course.

Wednesday afternoon I sat down to play Guitar for awhile. All my dogs have always come in, lay down and relax.

I have been looking forward to teaching this course since a year ago. I asked students what courses/subjects they would like to learn.

This coming Monday is the start of the on-line Zoom class “Pack Dynamics”. This Course will be as in-depth as I can teach in 5 days of 3 hours per day sessions.

What is it about? Everything I can cram into that amount of time to teach and discuss every aspect of Pack Dynamics that is possible. Definitions, natural behaviors, inter species, intra species, pack formations in the wild, pack formations in feral (urban and rural), pack formations that are unnatural (human selected), pack personality traits that work together, those that cause issues, depending upon other personalities, human selection of proper members, influences, creating a pro-social pack from disparate members and personalities, and on and on.

You must know what is natural vs. what is not, and how to affect outcome to have a chance to create a group that works together without much discord. You also should know how to select traits and personalities in order to avoid discord.

We have some slots left for this class (although it is limited in number).

Class is from 10am to 1 pm Central to allow for everyone in North America, as well as Europe, to be able to take class in real time.

Well, I went a got a doodle. That’s right. I didn’t know what she was, but she is definitely a doodle.

A slobber-doodle. Sticks her entire muzzle into the water bowl and splashes it all over, then walks away with half a muzzle full dripping on the floor. Yep, GSD Puppy. HurriKate.

Puppy Kate brought me an offering into my Office, as I was working past feeding time. It was my Tennis shoe. I thanked her for reminding me that I was starving all of my poor pitiful dogs to death by being 10 minutes too late. 🤣🤣🤣. Oh, the horror!!!

It is ALL about motivation. Everything. You, personally. How motivated, for what purpose, what is your intent, why do you wish to become “that”, or to accomplish “that”? Choose carefully.

When you work with another individual, a team member, a spouse, a dog, you must take into account all of those aspects of theirs too. Otherwise you won’t match up in purpose. If you are imposing your intent, or they are, or manipulating for your purpose, it will not be pure and true. You are not taking into account the other individual.

Please be honest with yourself. This will change you toward being “real”, and the guiding element is being pro-social.

This is another aspect of my saying: “in slow, out fast”.

Callie and Kate at the Vet this morning. Kate had to keep an eye on everything to make sure they were doing things correctly! 🤣

Callie is down to a healthy 48.0 pounds (slowly got her down over about 6 months. She had gotten about 8 pounds too heavy). Not surprisingly, Kate is 5 months one week old and is already at 48.0 pounds too.

We took the dogs for a ride to a large park, and went for a short walk down some trails in the woods. Lots of play and interactions today. Still going. But in between, especially while I played Guitar, and tonight after dinner, the HurriKate makes sure she has connection to one of us. Mainly it’s Toffee, but sometimes one of the primates in the house.
