Taking a day trip or planning a weekend getaway? Planning to visit family and friends during the holidays? Does your pet need to be cared for while you are working because of your busy long schedule? Do you need help due to medical or health issues and limitations? WHY BOARD YOUR PET WHEN THEY CAN STAY IN THE COMFORTS OF THEIR OWN HOME? Back in January 2007, I decided to start my business because

of the limited options that were available for pet care and boarding in Sussex County. With the encouragement and support of my personal vet because there was such a tremendous need for the pet owners I worked hard to develop and get established within the community. It literally is a 365 day a year profession and I absolutely love what I do. I have also worked previously with the local hotels and B & B's accommodating their guests who bring their pets on vacation and want to enjoy a day at the beach or a night out to dinner. I AM LICENSED, INSURED, BONDED AND BACKGROUND CHECKED. When you are entrusting someone to come into your home and care for your pets I feel this is most important and gives you that peace of mind. This is not only for the safety of your pets and home but for your protection as well as others. You will have the secure feeling knowing I am caring for your pets and I want you to feel comfortable with this important decision. References are always available upon request. There are many people out there doing this as a hobby that are NOT licensed and insured and I will not refer anyone who is not should I be unavailable. I do assist other pet care providers when they need help with their clients if they are unavailable as we all share the same compassion of love for all animals. The following services are provided for all of your needs:

Daily visits as needed, dog walks, feeding, play time, administer medications, waste clean up outside, litter box cleaning, mail and newspaper retrieval, indoor plant watering, interior light adjustments, trash and recycling cans will be placed out for pick up according to schedule, pet transportation as needed, nail trimming and house sitting for security with inspections. OVERNIGHT STAYS ARE NOT BEING OFFERED AT THIS TIME. I will be happy to refer you to another provider in your area. Watering outdoor plants and vegetable gardens will now be an additional charge. Fees will vary.

STILL LOOKING FOR HIS FOREVER HOME!!!
I went to visit Kit Kat today. Finally and a special thank you to Just Us Cat & Kitten Rescue for helping with getting him neutered Wednesday along with his rabies and 4 n 1 combo vaccinations. I wished the vets would stop cutting off so much of their ears. 😣 He has been treated for tapeworm and receives a monthly heartworm and flea treatment. Doctor believes he us about 3 years old. HE IS NOW READY to find a home. He will need to be the only cat in the household or can live with siblings who have FIV. There is no treatment for the virus but keeping him inside KEEPS HIM SAFE and HEALTHIER. I will be taking care of him in 2 weeks and will continue to post updated pictures in hopes that we can find him his purrfect family and home. Please share, share, share.

Meet another new client this month, Simba🦁 who is 17 years old and blind. I have been taking care of him the last two weeks. He sleeps most of the time in his bed where he feels safe. He is very nervous because he can't see and his hearing is challenged to where he cannot sense where people are. He does know how where his litterboxes are and had no accidents. And he knows his way to the dining room to his food and water bowls. God love him🧡

Meet my new client 11 year old Rudy. He is a big boy who patiently waits for his feeder to drop his food and takes treats gently from me. He will be getting established with one of the local vets once they are settled in. Meet Dio who I just met in Home Goods getting treats for my dog. He is a rescue that his mom brought back from Chicago and has anxiety. I asked him if he wanted a treat or a toy and I told him to pick something out Miss Karen is going to buy him something. He literally picked up the bag of marrow bones and started walking down the aisle away from us and made me laugh. His mom said he has never, ever picked up anything in a store. I just thought that was the greatest thing ever today. He clearly understood what I asked him and I said that's what he wants.😁 Do something nice for someone on this beautiful day!!!!

Meet my new clients 4yr old Creed and 16yr Adrienne named after .... you guessed it!!!! I have been taking care of them on and off for several weeks now. They are settling into their new home in the Lewes/Angola area slowly as the move happened so quickly. I am thrilled that they did eventually feel comfortable enough to come out of hiding. Once they get completely unpacked and settled in they will adjust nicely. 😃
