Pheasant hunters, don't forget the limit is now 3! 💥
🪶 On Dec. 1, the daily bag limit increased to three roosters, with a possession limit of nine roosters.
📊 Pheasant numbers were up nearly 50% over last year and were 21% above the 10-year average based on the DNR August Roadside Survey (available here: mndnr.gov/hunting/pheasant).
🧊 During this time of year, some of the best places to find pheasants are tall grass or cattail marshes. Exercise caution around thin ice!
