Always a great time doing lessons with Paulina Baquero Gould and Matt Gould at Blue Poppy farms in Aiken SC. The evening was wonderful working on ground work and under saddle, using yoga and good communication to make it clear and stress free for horses and riders. Thank you to my yoga teachers Nick Montoya and Giana Montoya for giving me this special gift that I continue to share with others.
