They call it the unofficial start of summer, but somewhere between the barbecue’s and lawn chairs ….we “paws” today.
Thank you will never be enough. It’s red, white, and blue but also grief dressed in uniform, empty boots besides full hearts and letters that came home when people did not. Today is for the ones that never got a welcome back.
So light the grill, raise your glass, but also raise your hearts in gratitude, in reverence, remember that long weekends like this were paid for by someone else’s short life. Freedom is not just fireworks and parades it’s a legacy one we are lucky to live inside because someone else stood outside. So laugh, play, rest but remember today is not just the start of summer it’s about sacrifice.

This week Old Dog is celebrating a special family member. For the last several years our upcoming graduate has been working behind the scenes: helping pack your treats, processing your orders, creating give aways and fun social media posts. has been a vital part of our pack and we are taking a short break to celebrate her🎉

We are beyond proud of her hard work and excited for her next chapter💙🤍
