Introducing Mojo Jojo, our newest sire (the chocolate ). Shout out to Twin Oaks Kennel making gorgeous beagles and sharing their combined 100 + years of beagle experience. Caitlin, (my daughter shown in the picture ) has started the goal of producing red tick beagles. As with our goal of creating healthy blue and lilac beagles, it takes years, sometimes 3 or 4 generations, to develop the line. The story has begun and when we achieve it, we will have the rainbow of beagle colors 🎉

Update: Tuk got his family!

Introducing Tuk, he is a blue tri boy about 9 months old. He was returned to us because his family had health issues. He is spayed, had some puppy classes and is crate trained. He has been back for a couple of months now and he is just a playful sweety. He regularly spends time with adults and children and could be the perfect match for your family. Happy birthday! (Yesterday) Thumbelina and Jr had 4 beautiful blue tri babies. They are big for her, healthy and chunky. We love small litters making things easier for momma and me. 1 reservation left in this litter. Next momma’s are Delilah in about 6 weeks and Tananna in about 7 weeks. Our winter break is officially over 🎉

Thumbelina is getting close and enjoying extra belly rubs. Happy Valentines y’all.

A lot of people ask me how I let these pups go and not get attached. Well, the answer is I do get attached but also absolutely love make beagle connections with good families. But. This particular puppy is going to be tough. He is so sweet! Very playful but my goodness what a snuggle bug! I’ve so enjoyed him but I have to let him go. 🥰 He is 10 weeks, his crate training is going well and we are working on potty training. Someone out there is going to need this sweet boy, Little Boy Blue. Call text or email for info

Well I did not reach my goal of having a family for every pup by Christmas. But. I really enjoyed having pups to snuggle after the crazy day yesterday ❤️ still have 2 pups left and so very snuggly

It began with a dream...

My husband, Barry, was very sick and in the hospital for 6 months. He doesn’t remember most of it, I do. He very nearly died on several occasions, had 7 major surgeries and was attended by an amazing team at Duke Hospital in North Carolina. He finally overcame many of the brain trauma complications and on his hospital bed he said he always dreamed of having a blue tick beagle and if he made it he would like to have one. So, I began my search, which wasn’t easy. I couldn’t find one close enough to get it and take care of him. But I found a beautiful tri-color his last day in the hospital and he and I fell in love with tiny Shyanne. Months later we got on a waiting list for a blue tick puppy, Smokey Blue, and waited a year for this very special blue tick beagle. Once we picked him up, we knew we had to share these special beagles with everyone. Then Shyanne had her first litter in spring of 2018, and the rest is history. Life is better with a beagle. :)
