Looking for Support:
We are needing more team members to support the Rescue. If you are good with technology and filling out application info, please consider supporting our cause! Someone specifically who knows how to apply for grants and boost our social media interest. 

Space needed!
We need fosters!! All of our fosters are full, which means we can’t bring any more animals in need into the Rescue until we free up some space! Please consider adopting or fostering so that we can continue our mission!

This heat and humidity is dangerous. Please be aware!

𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐤𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐬:
𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐬, 𝐒𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞
Dogs and cats can suffer from heat stroke, which can be deadly if not caught early.

𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗸𝗲:
🐾 Excessive panting or drooling
🐾 Bright red gums or tongue
🐾 Vomiting or diarrhea
🐾 Lethargy, collapse, or confusion
🐾 Seizures in severe cases

🚑 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗗𝗼 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗻 𝗘𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆:
✔️ Move your pet to a cool area right away
✔️ Wet them with cool (not cold) water
✔️ Offer small sips of water
📞 Call your vet immediately — this is a medical emergency!

☀️ 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗸𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗶𝗽𝘀:
✅ Never leave pets in parked cars
✅ Avoid any strenuous activity or training in the heat
✅ Provide shade, fresh water, and access to A/C if possible.

Took some friends out to the rescue today and got to love on Charlie, Tulip and Joker! Please come out and meet them, you won’t regret it!

These pictures are painful to look at. Seeing his broken spirit in person is heart wrenching. This poor boy has been seen off and on for months. Several people have tried to catch him but it finally happened yesterday. He is 4 years old, not neutered and an EXTREMELY high Heart Worm Positive, which means he’s not a candidate for the slow kill method. He has a fungal infection all over his entire body and has mites, fleas and ticks eating him alive. The precious lady who finally caught him wants to foster him and take care of him. We did a full vet exam and got the meds needed to get started on his recovery. We are looking at another $1000 vet bill. We can’t do this with our your help. Please like and share this post!

It is so hot at the rescue, we really would love to get some dogs moved into loving homes. We have all colors and mostly medium size dogs right now. Please share and help us spread the word. All dogs will come spayed/neutered and up-to-date on all preventatives. All of these dogs have been handled a lot by me and my kids. Each one of them is so special, please give them a chance.  I have videos of all of them please PM me for more info.
