It’s pretty crazy, I’ve been in taxidermy for 16 years now. It doesn’t seem like it’s been that long. And what’s even crazier to me, is this year will mark the 8th year of opening the doors of River’s Edge Taxidermy and being in business for myself. 🤯
It hasn’t been easy, that’s for sure, but I wouldn’t trade it for a thing. Y’all continue to make that dream a reality every single day for me and I can’t say thank you enough!
I do have a handful of individuals who have been with me from the beginning, who I’m sure thought they were rolling the dice with the single mom, living in the middle of nowhere, starting up a shop out of a 12x32 unfinished Morgan building…believe me, the sketchiness was not overlooked 😅…but took a chance anyway, left their critter in my care, hoped for the best and have continued to support me, my family and my craft all these years. We’ve come along way since then. 😊
David and Brook Smith are a few of those people and I am more than grateful for y’alls continued business! It means the world to me.
