Good morning friends!
I’ve been tossing around the idea of doing a pop up petting zoo in my driveway for an afternoon. It would be drive up style. Park at the end of my road and walk over to the tents we would have set up. A variety of reptiles, chicks, rabbits, etc. The girls would probably be selling lemonade & crafts 😊. Id have a sign on the Main Street and anyone can pop in for some handling and interaction. It would be a donation request, no set amount. To help support the fundraiser. We still have a ways to go to meet our goal! It would be open to the public, however I’m curious to see on here how much interest there would be?

This morning I had the pleasure of bringing the animals to Clubhouse Kids in South Berwick. Anytime there’s a group of 80-90 kids there’s always that slight anxiety and anticipation, wondering how it will go. This group was absolutely phenomenal. Very well behaved, respectful to my animals, and I really felt connected to all of them. I was very impressed with all of the kids in every age group. Even prickly Quilliam the hedgehog was happy enough to come out of his rolley ball and say hi. I was thanked for how interactive it was and most of the kids have named me The Snake Lady. I hope to come back and see these kids again next summer. ☺️

Here we have Cream Puff the baby king snake, Leroy the mountain horned dragon, Quilliam the hedgehog, and Dune the painted Agama.
