They have been vaccinated, dewormed, and spayed/neutered thanks to our wonderful doctors and nurses - not to mention Sarah! We're so happy when a pet owner hands us a p**p sample!

Lots of parasites present in wildlife are transmissible to pets - and from there, to humans! Once parasites are in the soil, their eggs can stick around for years, just waiting for a host to pick them up.

That's why we encourage our pet parents to keep their pets on a regular deworming schedule, prevent pets from eating f***s, and test their pets' stool for parasites annually!

When you bring us a bag of p**p, we see it as an expression of caring for your pet, your family, and your community - what could be more heartwarming?

The rare but potentially severe illness is tied to ingesting the internal parasite via raccoon f***s and contaminated soil.

Mushrooms have been popping up in our area! If your pet spends time outside unsupervised, make sure you check your yard carefully. Mushrooms toxicity can cause a wide range of symptoms - from confusion and loss of balance to liver failure and even death.

We're so excited that some of our favorite pet parents decided they were ready for another puppy! Cooper is so lucky - and he knows it. He was on his best behavior while receiving vaccines and cuddles.
