This guy had a wonderful home but unfortunately his dad was diagnosed with a terminal illness so the best thing for Reno was to find him another wonderful home. Reno deserves the best! Most likely a Jack Russel Terrier mix but is such a great gal! She’s been through a lot, lost her family due to an accident, then the shelter she was brought to was destroyed during a storm. FOSTER/ADOPTERS WANTED: Meet Amerigo & Aria! This brother/sister duo are about 1 ½-2 years old and 60-70lbs. Aria is a little shy at first but once comfortable she is so loving and sweet. Amerigo is more reserved and follows his sister's lead. Both are housebroken, crate-trained and know basic commands. When a pup is adopted, there is an adjustment period each one will go through. Each dog is different, just like people, but once they know they are safe, loved and things aren’t changing again they will start to come out of their shell and feel at home. They will need plenty of love, understanding, patience and reassurance from their people to help the adjustment to their new home and family become easier. Once they feel the love and know they are safe, the love and attention given to them during the adjustment period will be returned two-fold. The love of a rescue dog is like no other, for they know that they were saved.

Meet Dolly! Dolly is a Coonhound blend that is approx., 36 pounds small and over a year old. Dolly is super sweet, loving, funny and full of energy, but also knows how to calmdown. She will get vocal when she wants something especially if she sees a bag of treats and wants one. LOL Dolly is a great indoor dog; she lets you know when she has to go potty and she is also crate-trained. She does know a few cues already like sit. She is good in the house but may grab the occasional sock, but outside of that, she doesn't bother anything. Dolly would require a private fenced-in yard only because she can climb out of a four-foot chainlink and should not be left unattended or she can be walked on a leash. She does great around other dogs and would do best around older kids since she is still young and rambunctious at times. Dolly would also love a stay-at-home or work-from-home family member that will give her the kind of attention she deserves. Dolly is a precious gal that is an excellent companion dog that loves to ride, go wherever you will take her and would love plenty of exercise, outdoor activities, and quality time.
Dolly is now spayed, and up-to-date on all vaccines, heartworm tested negative, on prevention plus microchipped. She will also leave us with a care package as a gift.
