💖 A big THANK YOU to Kenny at House of Paws for giving Sparkle her fresh new look! ✂️She’s looking beautiful and feeling her best, and that’s saying something for our sweet but sassy girl!

Sparkle is one of our tougher dogs to place. She’s the kind of pup who chooses her people carefully, but once she does, she’s loyal for life. She would do best with someone who enjoys a quiet, peaceful home and understands that Sparkle just needs patience, respect, and love on her terms. 💚

For now, she’s shining bright thanks to Kenny’s gentle touch and expert grooming!

✨ Adoption Success Story: Graycee ✨

It’s been one year since sweet Graycee found her furever home, and her family recently reached out to share this wonderful update with us! 🩷

A year ago, after saying goodbye to their beloved 18-year-old pup, Graycee’s family saw her photo on our website and instantly fell in love. They came to visit Camp Papillon, hoping to meet her, but Graycee already had a meet and greet scheduled with another family. Disappointed but understanding, they went home with heavy hearts.

Then came the happy twist, Graycee wasn’t the right match for the other family, and she was available after all! The very next day, on October 30, they returned to Camp to bring her home. 🐾

Graycee’s family says she’s “quite a dog,” full of fun, love, and personality. She loves hanging out with her people, chasing chipmunks from the deck, and running around with her two sister cats (who she adores — when they let her!). Recently, Graycee discovered the joy of sleeping under the covers, and it’s now her favorite thing in the world.

Her family says they feel incredibly blessed to have found each other, and we couldn’t agree more. Stories like Graycee’s remind us exactly why we do what we do. ❤️

Happy tails! Hanna is off to her furever home and we couldn’t be more excited for her and her new family!! 💚

THE STORY OF CAMP PAPILLON:

Camp Papillon was founded 2007, in Monroe County, PA also commonly known as the Pocono Mountains by our community to help better serve the animals. We especially noticed a urgent call to help for bully breeds, as the resources for them in the area was very limited.
