Welcome to All Animals Pet and Farm!
My name is Kristine Kobernic.
1. I have over 25 years experience working with all livestock, commercial to hobby farm.
2. I am a certified Horse Trainer recognized Nationally for training Service Horses for the Disabled.
3. I have give or take 20 years of experience in animal welfare, dog and domestic bird training.
4. I have 20 years experience working with exotic pets.
5. I have run pretty much all farm equipment.
I am offering pet and farm sitting services, either drop checks or I can stay at your farm. Let my years of experience work for you so you can vacation happy!
I decided to flat rate most things to be user friendly!
Farm Sitting and Managing Livestock: 25.00 an hour regardless of stock numbers (your pets are not included, I will bill separately for pets). If your farm is large enough to have employees, I can manage the farm in your absence as well as employee checks, making sure all the days tasks have been completed. Most farms take an hour to two hours a day.
Equine Exercising/Walking: 20.00 for a half hour walk on trained horses. If your horse is green, not as well trained and requires actual training adjustments it's 35.00 an hour (Horse training fee).
Ground Solving: Equine Training issues, I do not currently have a training property set up. I will come to you and work on your horses training issue with you for 35.00 an hour. This includes Donkeys and Mules! If you have a Paso Fino or Walker Gaited Horse I will discuss fees for ride training, adding miles for consistent Gait.
Pet sitting/Small Hobby Farm: 15.00 a unit (I require for your pets comfort 2 units per day unless I am only watching them while you are at work). Generally pet care and small hobby farms are a half hour to forty-five minutes of care. This includes walking your dogs.
Exotic Birds: I have been referred to as the Bird Lady nearly as often as I have been called the Tiny Horse Lady. Your feathered friends are quite safe in my capable hands (even if they bite it!) Due to the nature and needs of larger domestic parrots I charge 20.00 an hour. Training issues and working with bird and owner is 40.00 an hour. I can help with your screaming, angry, biting bird! No bird is too much of a challenge for me! Please remember, whoever watches your feathered companions needs to spend time with them. They need the stimulation while you are gone! More than any other animals, birds are feathered toddlers with a can opener! They do not do well without contact and stimulation.
Pet and Small Livestock Hauling: My van is capable of hauling your pets to anywhere in a fifty mile radius. I can also take Chicken, up to two small goats and miniature equines to there needed destination. I charge 1.25 a mile for this service (covering gas and my time). For rescue organizations taking animals to the vet there is no charge!
Light Garden Care: If your farm has a garden and it needs watered and looked after while I am watching pets I can do so. Price based on garden needs.
Light animal related housekeeping: I will bring my own cleaning products and do light, animal related housework. Generally in with the pet care units. If it becomes more than forty-five minutes additional fees will apply.
I am BWFA Certified as a Farrier as A BONUS!
