At Apple Bottom Farms, we put the junk in the trunk of our show stock; pigs, goats, and cattle! Here on the farm, we are always up to something!

We raise livestock to show, sell, and eat while growing what we can to be self sufficient. There is nothing like knowing where your food comes from!

A Big Congratulations to Kylie Williams of Pittsfield Pa on exhibiting the Reserve Champion Goat at the Warren County Fair. She stood 2nd overall out of 33 goats!
The doeling was called "Snow White" when she was born out of Sophie's retired show doe and first time momma "D***y", bred to our Home Born buck "Smash"
We we repeating this breeding for our 2026 January kidding group!

We have 1 set of twins on the ground to kick off our fall kidding season and two more girls are in labor… can’t you tell by their “Happy” faces. Lol. They are not nearly as excited as we are.

This Doe is out of our homeborn Buck Smash. We will have kids in 2026 out of Smash and more.

Who is ready for some F roll? It’s like a B - roll but for flowers.

We’re so close to having a stand open. In the meantime, we can take orders for small bouquets to help add some color and cheer to your life whether you work in an office, at home or want to share with friends.
$10 smalls and up (number of flowers / stems) will dictate the price.

For reference, Conner is holding a $10 bunch when the jar is NOT included.

We have Hydrangea and Zinnias as our primary flower plus some filler coreopsis and more!

Spent a very hot, muggy, busy weekend in the barn getting ready for breeding season.

Our first ever group of 4 does “Justins All-Stars” got their last set of shots and are headed out to be AI’d Tuesday at 5 am.

18 more got their hooves trimmed, shots, copper bolus, wormed if needed and fly control so they can be ready to breed in 3-4 weeks.

Our six bred yearlings are bagging up nicely and we can’t wait to see what kind of babies they throw sited by our Home-born Buck “Smash”.

Whew. That’s just the goat update…. So much more is going on!
