Message from Owner: I adopted him on June 27th and he's very skittish. He got out of his collar which had his tags on it and he is gentle. He weighs about 50 lb. Lakeland Fl: No Adoption fee. guinea pigs, young, sweet and adorable. Separated by s*xes. You need to be a responsible adult over 18 to adopt. We strongly suggest that you adopt two same-s*x guinea pigs as they thrive on company do not mix the s*xes unless you want to become a breeder they are very prolific and there is not really a market to sell them for a profit unless you want them to go to pet stores or become snake food.
Guinea pigs rarely bite and the more you handle them the more time they become they are usually very hearty and make good pets for about 5 to 7 years.
They need a large space and definitely never an aquarium. The perfect set up is at least 16 inches wide by 36 inches long. The cage needs spot cleaned several times a week and bedding changed at least once a week.
Their diet includes oxbow, guinea pig pellets, fresh hay, and a small amount of fresh veggies, like broccoli, corn, husks, lettuce, carrots, apple slices, and kale is one of their favorites, which comes in big bags.
Our rescue does not sell guinea pigs. Our rescue does not breed guinea pigs. We rehome them to people that are committed to loving and caring for them.

Lakeland Fl: guinea pig babies and very young adults free a good homes. We do not ask for an adoption fee, but donations to our rescue are gladly accepted. I have both s*xes ,which are separated.
The more you handle your baby guinea pigs the tamer they become. Guinea pigs very rarely bite, although sometimes they do scratch if they feel like they are falling.
They eat oxbow guinea pig pellets. Fresh Timothy hay-daily and of course they require a water bottle to be changed every day as well. They need a cage that is at least 16 inches wide and preferably 3 feet long guinea pigs do not climb but they like to roam and play hiding games my guinea pigs. Also get a small amount of fresh veggies every day. The list includes apples ,corn on the cob, fresh green beans, kale, which can be purchased by the bag, carrots, celery, broccoli, and lettuce
Guinea pigs p**p a lot they’re bedding will need spot clean daily or at least every other day and a complete change of bedding at least every week. You can use shredded paper, pine chips or plenty of hay guinea pigs do not do well in aquarium type cages. They do better with a better airflow . Only adults that are over 18 will be allowed to adopt all adoptions or final and we suggest that you get two of the same s*x. So that they do not breed and make babies but that they have company guinea pigs love to have company and thrive on it. If you are interested, please text me.

We have snuggly cuddly little guinea pigs. They are free of good home. You must take a pair unless you already have a guinea pig because they get very lonely if they’re by themselves. There is no adoption fee but, we ask that you donate a bag of Oxbow guinea pig pellets. Or a small cash donation would appreciated.
Bring your own container or box with a little hay in it. At your home, you will need, pine shavings, paper, shavings, or other guinea pig bedding, and it will need cleaned every other day, not emptied, but spot cleaned. Once a week all fresh new bedding, Size cage: you will need a fairly large area at least 3‘ x 16“ is good. A water bottle, guinea pig pellets, a small amount of fresh veggies, like kale and carrots and red bell Pepper. Friendly, the more you handle your guinea pigs the more tame they become, guinea pigs rarely bite, but they do scratch a little,if you do not keep their nails cut short.
No one under 18 will be allowed to adopt guinea pigs.  All adoptions are final. It is strongly suggested that you adopt two guinea pigs of the same s*x guinea pigs breed rapidly and it can get out of control in just a few months. Same s*x guinea pigs usually get along beautifully if started together when they are young, they will bring you approximately 6 to 7 years of joy.

My new yorkie bedspread. I think it is gorgeous, but I was disappointed because in the advertisement it said quilted in it look like it was individual pieces of fabric sewn and then quilted. This is one single piece of fabric that has been quilted although it’s pretty, it’s very lightweight and not exactly a heirloom. I often quilted and so for years and years and now my arthritis makes it nearly impossible for me to sew and quilt, beautiful things. What’s the old saying it’s never as good as one that is homemade by someone you love.

Well, it has been over three months since Wilbee went to the rainbow bridge. it is disheartening when people saying that you should totally be over the loss of an animal in such a short period of time considering that that person or that dog was a part of your life for many years day after day after day so you’re going to miss them day after day after day. It takes a long time to adjust to a life that does not include them. We still reach for them in the middle of the night. And we still catch a glimpse of their shadow out of the corner of our eye, and when we glance over to their favorite Lang spot, we realize that they are not there. The heartache begins again and we just ache so badly.
we really don’t have to justify our love or our feelings about our pets. The conversation is between ourselves and our spirit.
