About Us

Vicki grew up in the horse business. Her family successfully owned and operated an American Saddlebred training, boarding, and breeding facility. Vicki’s passions include horseback riding instruction, horse rescue and rehabilitation, retired or geriatric horses needing special care, and equine farm management. She prides herself on creating an environment that builds and supports safety for horses and individuals.

From 2007 to 2013, Vicki founded and operated Blue Ridge Riding Academy instructing over 400 private riding lessons a year. She trained students for pleasure as well as for competition. In this new chapter, Vicki is only instructing a limited number of students and focusing on providing a safe, comfortable family-oriented horse boarding facility.
