Dr Crawford is a licensed veterinarian in good standing in Idaho, Montana, Washington and Wyoming. She also holds additional certifications in acupuncture (cMAV - certified Medical Acupuncture Veterinarian) and chiropractic care (IVCA - International Veterinary Chiropractic Association). She was employed full time in traditional general equine practice from 2006-2022 . Starting in May 2022, Dr. Er

in transitioned to seeing both small and large animal integrative patients in a mobile setting, thus the creation of North Fork Integrative Veterinary Care! She still provides relief services to equine veterinarians across the west. When not working, she enjoys hiking and trail riding all over the mountains with her husband, their horses and small pack of mostly well-behaved dogs.

Due to the uptick in late cancels and no-shows on appointments, there will now be a 50% late cancel fee for all missed appointments or those not cancelled within 24 business hours of the scheduled appointment. Credit cards will be required on each account. Sadly missed appointments tie up spots that could’ve been given to other animals that need my services. I appreciate your understanding

It is with heavy heart that I say goodbye to Oklahoma (for now). It’s been a great almost 2 years at Interstate Equine proving relief services for their practice. Great practice, great team, great facility. My hope for my relief practices is that I give them enough time to find the right veterinarians to fill the position(s), but it’s always bittersweet when my tenure is complete. I am going to miss my Interstate family! Glad I could go out in a blaze of glory on a classic chaos queen Friday afternoon 👑

Dr. Crawford will be unavailable from March 25 to April 8, with limited connectivity. Messages will be addressed upon her return She will resume her duties on Monday April 13. In case of an emergency or urgent concern regarding your horse, please contact Idaho Equine Hospital. Horses will need to be hauled to their facility in Nampa.
